MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Ensure smooth daily operation of the Spa, schedule daily work for staff
- Supervise and be responsible for managing staff.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports to the department head
- Schedule treatments and staff schedules according to the Spa's and guests' operational needs.
- Work in close coordination with Spa staff to ensure all areas including reception, treatment rooms and warehouse are kept clean, tidy and organized.
- Handle guest complaints personally and, if necessary, consult with the Spa Manager.
- Details will be discussed during the interview.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Proficient in Office Informatics
- Proficient in English
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at a Hotel/Resort
- Quick, enthusiastic, honest, careful and responsible; Sociable, friendly and able to withstand pressure.
