MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Scheduling appointments and making sure that each appointment runs on time
Managing the operations of the spa facility, including hiring new staff members and training existing staff members
Ensuring that all spa facilities have adequate supplies of linens, towels, toiletries, and other items necessary for operation
Overseeing the daily operations of the facility, including checking in guests and ensuring that they are comfortable during their stay
Keeping meticulous records of spa treatments for each client, including details about their preferences and any special needs or concerns
Ensuring that all staff members are properly trained to perform their jobs effectively and safely
Working with management to ensure that the spa is meeting its financial goals
Providing customer service to clients by answering questions about spa treatments and products
Monitoring employee performance to ensure that all spa services are being provided in a professional manner
