Purchasing Staff

We are looking for Purchasing Staff who are willing to join Delivery team (Purchasing Department):

- Contract duration: 12 months
- Job details:

- Control order quantity, delivery plan and negotiate with Suppliers to catch up production plan and minimize inventory
- Cooperate with PSI (Production - Sale - Inventory) team to adjust order quantity or delivery plan if production plan changes
- Cooperate with Warehouse to feedback about delivery problems and claim to suppliers
- Control materials & parts : check shipping documents, import customs clearance
- Co-work with forwarders for customs procedure
- Submit customs declaration sheets to Accounting department for tax payment
- Make inventory forecast of parts and materials
- Control NG parts and follow-up replacement of suppliers - Other tasks as required

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor Degree in Economics/ Import - Export/ Logistics,...
- At least 1-2 years working experience in Purchasing/ Delivery in manufacturing company
- Have good knowledge about tax refund and HS code with chemical products is a plus
- Intermediate English (Japanese is a plus)
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Have logical thinking, good communication skill, good problem-solving skill and time management skill
