"- To guide the 1st line of defence to implement PVA risk appetite & limit framework, risk management plans, risk policies, risk reporting and risk identification processes; - Reviews and assesses the risk taking activities of the first line of defense." Planning: Develop PVA risk management annual plan and to ensure appropriate focus and coverage of business changes. Review: Conduct reviews as per PVA risk management plan to ensure: - Departmental Risk Register: is promptly kept up with the state of business and measured by appropriate key indicators; - Incident reporting: is timely escalated and adequately remedied; - Turnbull Certification: all non-compliance points with Corporate Governance Manual and significant control deficiencies are fully and comprehensively declared. - Scenario Analysis: economic capital reserve is calculated promptly with the precise parameters used. Reporting: - Timely escalate all operational risk issues to the appropriate levels (ORM Head, CRO, TLT, PCA Risk Function) after verification with the relevant departments; - Timely submit all risk exercises deliverables to PCA Risk Function as per PCA requirements; Risk Management awareness: Maintain and uphold risk awareness to staff at all levels, including providing technical training to raise risk awareness of all staffs, and enhanced training to risk coordinators, risk reviewers and risk owners. Others: - Proactively look for better ways to improve the effectiveness of the risk management activities; - Other tasks to be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any). Job requirement: **Qualifications**: Mandatory: - Bachelor degree in economics or finance, accounting and auditing. - Good awareness of Enterprise Risk Management. Advantage: - Degree qualified, with a relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, CIA, CPA. Experience Mandatory: - 5- 6 year relevant experience internal audit/external audit roles. Advantage: - Experience in financial services industry. Knowledge and skill - Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English; - Responsive and service-oriented attitude; - Ability to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding work environment; - Ability to maintain strong working relationships with demanding internal clients; - Sound and practical business judgment; - Interpersonal skills as well as problem solving skills; - High sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality; - Strong analytical skills; - Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
