**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Từ 10 triệu VNĐ)
Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý, trực tổng đài hotline của công ty
Quản lý nhân sự trong nhóm ( 3 - 5 bạn).
Phổ biến chính sách giá, chương trình khuyến mãi cho nhóm, đảm bảo nhân viên nắm bắt thông tin và làm tốt nhiệm vụ tư vấn, chăm sóc khách hàng.
Tham gia hỗ trợ và đào tạo kiến thức chuyên môn cho nhân viên.
Hỗ trợ và đồng hành cùng nhân viên trong quá trình làm việc, thao tác hệ thống.
Theo dõi, đảm bảo KPI và chất lượng tư vấn của nhân viên qua kênh tiếp nhận khách hàng.
Thực hiện báo cáo và các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp trên

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Độ tuổi: 27 - 35
Có kinh nghiệm từ 1- 2 năm ở vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh vực bán lẻ. Đã từng làm trong lĩnh vực thời trang, đồ da là một lợi thế.
Giao tiếp tốt, giọng nói chuẩn.
Có trách nhiệm trong công việc, có năng lực dẫn dắt và quản lý đội nhóm.
Sử dụng thành thạo Office (Word, Excel)
