JOB PURPOSE
- The Head of PMO is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other division/ department leaders to develop projects and programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with other division/ department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Provide financial reports and budget outlines to the Board of Directors.
- Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
- Draft new and improve existing project management office policies and processes.
- Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Accurately document the project's creation, development, and execution as well as document the project's scope, budget, and justification.
- Assure project quality.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in IT, Project Management or related fields.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Scrum / Agile project management certification may be advantageous.
- A minimum of three years experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good presentation, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and technicalities.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to read and write English well.
- Good access to technology.
- Sharp, proactive, high critical thinking.
