COCOMI is envisioned to become Asia’s leading Omni-channel retailer for Affordable Luxury watches and jewelry brands and preferred by GenZ and Young Millennials.

**THE ROLE**

The E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE contributes to the growth of E-Commerce business by enhancing the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment, maintaining the technology and infrastructure. He/She is also responsible for performing data analysis to generate data-driven commercial insights and managing relationships with partners.

The E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE also ensures seamless end-to-end integration of the E-Commerce business.

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drive revenue and manage campaigns on e-commerce own platform (cocomi.vn), marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, social commerce such as Tiktok Shop and Affiliate Marketing etc,..+ external digital outlets.
- Work with third-party e-commerce enabler to ensure tasks are executed on time.
- Liaise with marketplace account managers on planning of campaigns.
- Ensure catalogue and price of products online are aligned across all channels respectively.
- Ensure new collections are uploaded to websites and marketplaces.
- Process sales orders in ERP and work with warehouse and 3PL to ensure orders are delivered on time and correctly.
- Customer service: handle customers’ enquiries, including returns, exchanges, refunds, complaints, changes in orders.
- Sales support tasks: consolidate sales report; review, check & control revenue report with marketplaces/platforms.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by Line-manager.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 1 year working knowledge & experience of various local & international e-commerce platform/systems, both front-end & back-end (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, Tiki, Zendesk),
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel (V lookup & Pivot Table),
- Good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Have strong organization skill,
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous with an eye for details and numbers.
- Resourceful, fast, efficiency and able to work independently.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
