About the Role

Reports to: Manager, Claim Investigation

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Function: Customer Office I Department: Customer Claims

Role: Individual Contributor

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for Claims Investigation, Analyst who handles all claims investigation tasks following claims procedure

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Following investigation guideline under claim procedure to ensure all cases meet TAT:

- Building and maintaining good relationship within team and all collaborators.
- Reporting to any issue and problem to manager that may affect the performance of service quality.
- Building good relationship with Hospitals/ local authority nationwide to collect MR/ evidence via Post without making site investigation.
- Transfer good experiences to the team and manager to review and revise claim procedure.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education - Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Experience - Proven track record ability in claim at an insurance company or investigation in police force.
- Certifications/licenses
- Good in communication and interpersonal skill, decision-making skill, management skill and planning skill.
- Medical background is preferred
- Customer Service approach
- Good in English speaking and writing
