**PURPOSE OF JOB**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, and beyond.
- Define product strategy and vision, and communicate this to all stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure that our product remains competitive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that the product is delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Prioritize product features and development initiatives based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the user experience.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- At least **5 years of experience** in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful products.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Good understanding of the **Agile methodology** and **agile-related frameworks** such as Scrum, Kanban
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
