Job Descriptions:
Lead below key agenda of all customers of eCommerce Pureplay & Health & Beauty O2O:
- Drive Onsite paid search performance to maximize search sales performance with optimized ROAs
- Lead, develop and drive onsite search strategy, enhancement, and implementation
- Act as Search expertise champion to closely work with internal cross-functions & external partners (Brand, Media, Agency, Customers & eCommerce Key account/Category team) for a holistic search plan - ensure the plan is aligned with CAT & Brand JTBDs & media
framework, Campaign & BAU strategy, customization for the best utilization of platforms’ algorithm
- Partner with Agency & Customers to ensure search plan is well-deployed onsite; Daily monitor with Agency to ensure always-on search winning both share & competitiveness position
- Lead frequent review & learning with Customers, Brands & Agency and develop learning for enhancement
- Act as country contact point per Global search expertise & practice sharing and implementation for Vietnam
- Drive Onsite organic search winning serving for sustainable growth
- Lead, develop and drive strategy to win onsite organic search through Global guideline implementation and local customization integration, design set of key metrics development and tracking frequency
- Work with internal cross-functions and customers to develop and deploy the metrics set to win
- Frequent monitor and testing to ensure winning strategy is well-deployed as KPIs
- Drive CRM onsite to deliver sustainable sales performance impact & growth on online channels through engage, retain, upsell & recruit shoppers
- Lead, develop and drive CRM strategies & plan with Key account & Brand, Media serving for shopper acquisition, retention & loyalty
- Master of shopper journey to maximize touch point engagement and conversion via content & audience right to target
- Partner with Media to ensure seamless shopper journey online/offline specifically via CRM
- Drive Perfect store online of all Unilever online stores via deliver the set of PSO global KPIs, including Content, Search score, etc. ensuring the best of onsite exposure & conversion of Unilever’s products & stores
- Work with Global PSO team, Brand, Customers & Agency & Act as Country contact point to provide expertise from Global PSO practice to brands to develop PSO set of deliverables following Global guideline & tailor-made to local customers’ guideline
- Work with Key account & Customer to ensure set of PSO things is well-deployed onsite
- Daily monitoring via PSO dashboard and always-on improvement
- Drive shopper engagement via Onsite activities, including Livestream, Game, Feeds and CEM:
- Work with eCommerce Key account & Customers to build plan & ensure the plan is aligned with CAT & Brand JTBDs & matched with Campaign/BAU plan strategy
- Lead frequent review & learning
- Manage a team to deliver the business
Job Requirements:
- Min 6+ years working experience in: eCommerce & FMCG, Performance marketing, Search Ads optimization, On-platform Ads, Marketing solution
- Have worked in regional platforms & Performance marketing agencies is a strong plus
- Very strong in stakeholder complexity management and engagement - Very strong in Performance marketing, Ads optimization, Platform algorithm understanding and utilization
- Shopper centricity obsessed mindset - Self-motivated, interpersonal skill, bias for action, data driven & data analytical skill, result oriented
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability with entrepreneur mindset, strong ownership & leadership
- Skilled in multi-tasking, delivering under tight timelines, adapting quickly to changes - Planning and organization skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Very strong knowledge of online business, FMCG industry
- English working proficiency
