- Drive execution of specific projects and initiatives within Affiliates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive KOLs growth
- Coach and mentor junior team members

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in the Ecom industry
- Experience in Key Account Management and training.
- Strong critical thinking, hands-on execution, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple demands and shifting priorities
- Ability to cope with a high-pressure working environment
- Good command of English
