Phục vụ khách 24h

Check-in & out for guests.

Làm thủ tục nhận phòng và trả phòng cho khách

Offer Hotel's services to guests upon checking in

Cung cấp những dịch vụ trong khách sạn cho khách khi khách vào ở

Escort guest to room after done check-in procedure.

Hướng dẫn khách nhận phòng sau khi làm thủ tục cho khách

Support guest with his/her luggage at any time

Hỗ trợ khách hàng mang hành lý

Do all cashier activities including money exchange

Làm thâu ngân bao gồm luôn việc đổi tiền tệ cho khách

Wake -up calls service

Phục vụ dịch vụ báo thức cho khách

Provide information on guest's requests

Cung cấp thông tin theo yêu cầu của khách

Explain to guest the service provided

Quảng bá các dịch vụ cung cấp cho khách lưu trú

Prepare guest's arrivals and departures files

Chuẩn bị hồ sơ cho khách đến và khách đi

Coordinate with Housekeeping and Restaurant upon guest's arrivals

Phối hợp với bộ phận quản gia và nhà hàng khi khách đến lưu trú

Make sure Lobby is always cleaned and electric equipments are in good condition.

Đảm bảo những dụng cụ và máy móc luôn sạch và trong điều kiện tốt

Control emergency keys of the Hotel

Quản lý chìa khóa chính của khách sạn

Follow the procedures on safety and security of the Hotel

Thực hiện các quy định về an ninh an toàn của khách sạn.

Call Management in emergency cases.

Gọi cho quản lý khi có trường hợp khẩn cấp

Call IT/GSM if any of the information technology systems doesn't work

Gọi cho bộ phận IT/GSM khi hệ thống thông tin không hoạt động

To follow and implement any other duty assigned by superiors
