This role will give you the opportunity to work with BRANDED's leadership team composed of e-commerce pioneers and senior executives from Goldman Sachs, SoftBank, Lazada, Alibaba and Amazon. The Full StackEngineer is a strategic engineering position that will help maintain & refine the technologies we've deployed across our platform including but not limited to data ingestion, data monitoring, direct-to-consumer brands; dive head-first into the creation of unique, new technology as uncovered by opportunities in our niche; and help grow & groom the overall engineering side of the business.

The role also comes with engineering opportunities, including big data, product, AI, machine learning, and more.

**About the role**

BRANDED is working at scale in a small field but with big scope: we have the unique position & opportunity of managing many different brands, each with their own complexities and needs.

The Full Stack Engineer will be able to communicate with tech leads to identify problems and uncover solutions & opportunities. They should be writing quality code daily; implementing all requisite best practices for code creation, testing, & deployment; and be able to work quickly, independently, and with a narrow focus on solving real business challenges.

This position comes with the opportunity & challenge of creating new things, which means viewing decisions through a far-reaching lens and ensuring we're set up for continued success years from now where some variables are unknown.

The Full Stack Engineer should work with the VP Engineering to help identify resource & talent gaps, then assist or lead in the efforts to fill those gaps, properly document procedures & systems being invented, and train all developers to higher standards of execution.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-scale environments where resourcefulness is key
- Track record of exercising discretion & good judgement in making decisions
- Ownership of mistakes & highly solution-oriented
- An ability to be analytical without suffering from analysis paralysis
- GCP is our main stack, but AWS or other cloud service experience OK
- Full-stack is required; we will be building backends that affect frontends, and defining frontend technology stacks
- Experience working in an agile environment a plus
- Experience with enterprise integrations (CDP, ERP, etc) a plus
- BigQuery experience, big data, other relevant experience a plus
