2. Position Overview

We're seeking a
Senior Full Stack Engineer

to help build and enhance our AI-powered recruitment platform. You will work with our Python (FastAPI) backend and frontend to develop new features, optimize performance, and ensure code quality across the entire stack.

3. Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain features for AI-powered recruitment platform
  • Develop robust backend services using FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and PostgreSQL
  • Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces with , TypeScript
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Participate in code reviews and help maintain high coding standards
  • Contribute to technical architecture decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features

4. Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Python backend development (FastAPI preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks or React preferred)
  • Strong understanding of REST API design and implementation
  • Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and ORM frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

5. Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with responsive web design and modern CSS frameworks
  • Experience with AI/ML integrations, especially OpenAI APIs
  • Understanding of WebRTC or experience with audio/video recording in web applications
  • Experience with deployment and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker)

  • Is comfortable with rapid iterations and product-focused development
  • Values clean code, documentation, and maintainable solutions

7. Team Structure

  • Team size: 5–7 members (PM, Backend, Frontend, QA)
  • Reports to: Team Lead or Project Manager (Vietnam)

8. Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: 25mil - 30mil / month (Net Salary)
