**What We Can Offer**:
- Be responsible for all marketing activities in line with inbound strategy and company objectives to maximize the conversion rate of marketing qualified lead, popularize brands as well as enhance customer's satisfaction;
- Manage, execute and optimize marketing campaigns on owned and paid media channels;
- Collaborate with marketing agencies to plan and monitor the effectiveness of advertising activities;
- Maintain and develop sponsorship cooperation activities with organizations;
- Manage marketing budget and cost/expenditure to ensure efficient usage of resources;
- Measure and report regularly to capture performance marketing efforts, make recommendations and improvements to ensure KPI/OKR is on track;
- Be responsible for the team members’ performance. Create a dynamic, positive, and effective working environment;
- Other tasks as assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably Marketing/ Business or related field. Experience in the educational and international environment is a plus;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions;
- Have a strong background in Service Marketing and Inbound Marketing;
- Especially strong with content marketing;
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
- Outstanding organizational, planning and project management skills;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Optimistic, positive and resilient in face of adversity, high work volume and fast-paced tasks;
- Ability to coach, motivate and inspire team members;
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
