- Analyze credit data and financial statements of individuals or firms to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit;
- Examine loan documentations for accuracy and completeness while working with operations and sales staff to secure all required documents.
- Conduct detailed review of financial statements, credit reports, and all other supporting documentation to ensure that credit criteria are upheld.
- Provide exemplary customer service to both internal staff and external customers by explaining credit decisions and offering alternative options when needed.
- Maintain knowledge of all applicable underwriting guidelines by learning any business unit policies and/or guidelines. Provide proactive feedback on potential policy improvements.
- Responsible for conducting research on borrowers and industries.
- Takes ownership of the credit process, making decisions in the best interest of the customer and organization
- Coordinate with relevant departments to prevent cases of falsification.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management/BOD

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- _Qualifications and Education Requirements:_
- Graduated from University or higher majoring in Banking/ Finance/ Accountant/ Business Administration or other related fields._
- _Preferred Skills:_
- _Minimum 3 years of experience working at a bank/financial institutions in the field of credit appraisal/approvals with specific experience in retail and/or SME segments._
- _Analytical thinker with research proficiencies._
- _Ability to use reasonable and sound judgment._
- _Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills._
- _Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines._
- _Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills._
- _Good communication skills, including oral and written._
- _Ability to conduct research into borrowers and industries to be abreast with factors that may affect profitability and the borrower’s ability to repay loans._
- _Proficient in English and Vietnamese._
- _A keen interest in green energy or knowledge of solar energy systems is an advantage (not a prerequisite)._
