**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
- Develop interactive and responsive designs that ensure an exceptional user experience.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to established design guidelines and brand identity.
- Collaborate with developers to implement UI/UX designs, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Assist in creating and maintaining design libraries, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions.

**Your skills and experience**:

- 2-5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Developer.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketchup, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be advantageous.
- Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Principle, or similar software.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Must speak, read and write in English well.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
