**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**: - Support Media Specialists in Ecommerce Media Campaign (Medi-Com): 1. Campaign pre-planning: Check briefing from E-commerce team: Campaign sales target; Outside traffic commitment; Media investment Analyze Commerce objectives: Sales growth / EC Channel Growth / SKUs growth Monthly skim promotion scheme of each site to know key deals, product launching Media optimized for traffic & purchase => Channel selection => Creative’s performance (CTR, VTR, Engagement rate ) Digital planning: Review microsite/store/PDP => Send to agency for planning 2. Campaign planning: Check historical campaign Benchmark of platform channel: Price / Unit Cost/ Audience Pool / Reach, Impression, Frequency capability... Check brand safety (whitelist) => channel placement Check product catalog to ensure products synchronized and ad accounts Request Ecom sites to update latest audience data Check sales coverage and product availability Category growth vs. SKUs growth for budget allocation Discuss with brand team about synchronize all branding activities on platform Coordinate with Ecom team to check material release date to schedule design timeline Prepare briefing to designer to produce ad banners for Ecom campaign on digital (Facebook CPAS, Google Shopping, Programmatic) following Store Design, brand’s materials Collect design working file, prepare ad briefing for vendor's adaptation 3. Media execution Set up tracking link Create ad text for set up (Facebook CPAS, Google Shopping) Send agency all material links to set up ad and preview demo link Monitor and follow up closely with agency to ensure daily ad performance 4. Media Analysis: Check performance tracking link on landing page (EC platform and owned platform): arrival rate (drop rate); add to cart; conversation rate; ROAS; GMV from Ads... Planning Actual performance vs. plan: quantity vs. KPIs, ROAS Creative performance vs. KPIs: Qualitative vs. KPIs Share report to brand team to discuss about brand performance (Top purchased SKUs, item sold, customer feedback...)
