**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- _Review weaknesses in the current collection procedures/ system from which to propose solutions to improve and increase debt recovery efficiency._
- _Proposes to pilot new collection strategies/incentive policies to motivate employee._
- _Update the changes, trends, and new programs on the market from which to study and proposed innovation that can be applied to VPBank in collection activities._
- _Updating the changes of the law to make proposals to change the current procedures/system to suit the provisions of the law in each period._
- _Mainly responsible to review the performance of VPBank's Collection outsourcing and find the weaknesses in the operations or Procedure and improve it._
- _Follows and management the collection performance when the performance is low. Find the issue and propose the solution for Head of Retail Risk and Head of early collection._

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- University degree, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economy, Law, etc
- Understanding of collection strategy/process especially knowledgeable about secured product.
- At least 2 - 3 years experience in banking, 2 of them in Retail collection
- Good at Math, Problem Solving.
- Analytical, judgmental thinking, critical thinking
- Strong organization and coordination skills
- Good communication skills
- English skills: Listening, Reading & Writing
