We are seeking a highly motivated and focused on problem-solving Corporate IT Specialist to join our growing team.
As a Corporate IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing key support to our users (internal & later external), troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience at our All-in-One assessment, training, hiring and retention platform powered by data analytics and AI.
Your expertise in problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will be essential in resolving user challenges and maintaining high level of satisfaction. Also your expertise in troubleshooting, platform development, and user support will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our platform and providing exceptional customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and integrate our custom designed Learning Management System (LMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) into our All-in-One platform.
- Assist in the development of the platform, working closely with the development team to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Troubleshoot technical issues reported by internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and effective resolution to enquiries.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and enhancements in platform functionality and usability.
- Support development and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on platform usage, features, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the development team to test new features and improvements, ensuring those meet quality standards before live deployment.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the development team, effectively communicating stakeholder needs and technical requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical support and platform development.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and stability.
- Continuously improve support processes and workflows to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in Corporate IT or a related role, preferably in the software industry.
- Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with software development and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented mindset, with a passion for providing exceptional support and customer experiences.
- Experience in documenting technical processes and creating user guides and FAQs.
- Familiarity with data analytics concepts and platform development is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
