- Assess business requirements and processes using document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow evaluation.
- Develop and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and business process flow diagrams.
- Engage with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the organization’s structure, policies, and operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions to business challenges.
- Effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations to management and other stakeholders.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- A degree in a Technology or Business-related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in one of the following areas:

- Loyalty, Promotions, and/or CRM
- Data Services: Proficient in organizing, profiling, and documenting data, with a focus on metadata management, data catalog tools, and ensuring data quality and accessibility across teams. Able to write basic-to-intermediate SQL queries to retrieve data.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Adaptable, quick to learn, and proactive.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
