TÓM LƯỢC VỊ TRÍ CÔNG VIỆC/ JOB OVERVIEW:
Quản lý khách hàng chiến lược, tiếp cận khách hàng mới. Duy trì dữ liệu khách hàng hiện tại và phát triển khách hàng mới. Tham gia vào việc lên kế hoạch phát triển kinh doanh của công ty. Theo dõi những phản hồi không tốt từ khách hàng và giải quyết những phản hồi đó.

CÁC CÔNG VIỆC CHÍNH/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Quản lý khách hàng chiến lược kênh MT để đạt được mục tiêu và GMV của công ty
- Tiếp cận khách hàng mới trong kênh MT để giúp Kamereo tăng trưởng và làm hài lòng khách hàng
- Duy trì dữ liệu khách hàng hiện tại và nới rộng khách hàng mỗi tháng. Xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng.
- Tiến hành tham gia kế hoạch kinh doanh, xem xét lại kế hoạch kinh doanh hàng năm, hàng quý
- Quản lý các hoạt động của khác hàng hiện tại
- Cung cấp báo cáo và phân tích về kết quả kinh doanh cho những khách hàng được giao
- Theo dõi sự tăng trưởng và mục tiêu khách hàng
- Theo sát và theo dõi các khách hàng B2B - kênh MT
- Nhận phản hồi tốt và xấu từ khách hàng và đưa ra những cải cách phù hợp
- Theo dõi hợp đồng (nếu có) giữa người mua và người bán.
- Theo dõi những phản hồi xấu từ khách hàng và giải quyết khó khăn để chắc rằng khách hàng nhận được sản phẩm của KMR trọn vẹn
- Làm việc với đồng nghiệp để mang đển khách hàng dịch vụ tốt nhất

12 ngày nghỉ phép năm hưởng lương

Review lương 1 lần/năm

**Trình độ chuyên môn và kinh nghiệm/ Qualification & Experience:

- Nam/Nữ/Male/Female
- Sức khoẻ tốt/Good health
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Bachelor Degree

**Kiến thức & kỹ năng/ Knowledge & Skills:

- Giao tiếp tốt, kỹ năng thuyết phục, thương lượng
- Trên 2 năm kinh nghiệm với kênh MT và ngành F&B
- Chăm chỉ, kiên cường và kiên nhẫn
- Tự giác và hướng đến mục tiêu, khát khao đạt được kết quả tốt
- Học nhanh và nghĩ nhanh
- Kỹ năng MS Office cơ bản
- Lương: Lương cứng + Comission/Bonus
