We are looking for a talented Video and graphics Intern to produce engaging videos for our social media and digital platforms. You will be responsible for scripting, recording yourself, editing, and delivering high-quality graphic videos.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write clear, engaging scripts based on the given topic or theme and submit them for approval.
- Record videos of yourself, ensuring professionalism and brand alignment.
- Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or other software to deliver high-quality, polished content.
- Ensure all videos are ready for publishing and meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with the team for feedback and revisions before final delivery.
- Keep track of video performance and suggest improvements based on engagement.

**Stipend Structure**:

- **Video Creation Target (Weekly)**:

- VND 30,000 for delivering 1 approved video of at least 5 minutes (including script writing, recording yourself, thumbnail creation and editing).
- **Views Target (Monthly)**:

- VND 15,000 for delivering over 5000 views on reals/short videos on Youtube, Instagram and Facebook.
- VND 15,000 for over 500 views per long format video across all platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook). Or
- VND 15,000 for 20000 or more views per video across all platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook).
- **Engagement (subscribers/Likes/Shares/Comments) Target (Monthly)**:

- VND 15,000 for every 100 subscribers on youtube
- VND 15,000 for over 200 likes across all videos published in the month.
- VND 15,000 for over 100 shares across all videos published in the month.
- VND 15,000 for every 100 unique user comments across

**Bonus Structure**:

- VND 300,000 bonus will be awarded if monthly engagement exceeds **5000 likes** and **1000 shares** on your videos across platforms
- VND 30,000 bonus if any long format video exceeds **5000 views** within the first 30 days.
- VND 30,000 bonus if monthly engagement exceeds **500 likes** and **250 shares** combined across all platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).
- Ability to create engaging, professional video content.
- Comfortable in front of the camera with good presentation skills.
- Creativity and a good understanding of social media trends.

**Duration**: 3 months or more

- Assignment submission deadline 17 November 2024

**Internship Certificate**:You are eligible if have submitted 4+ approved video contents per month or a total of 15+ video contents approved during the period of your internship.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 750,000₫ - 3,050,000₫ per month
