We are looking for a **Web Designer** to join our team**.**

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Gaming and Entertainment Studios: Teams producing promotional creatives, trailers, and motion/video ads;
- E-commerce and Online Platforms: Companies with strong marketing design needs (ads, campaigns, website creatives);
- Dating and Lifestyle Apps: Organizations focusing on high-volume, performance-driven visuals for acquisition campaigns;
- Tech Startups and SaaS Companies: Fast-paced environments using AI and design automation for growth marketing;
- Media and Content Production Studios: Companies creating motion graphics, social media campaigns, and branded content.

**We expect from you**:

- Advanced knowledge of Figma, typography, layout, and web design principles;
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-focused design work;
- Proficiency in AI generation tools (MidJourney, Imagen, Comfy, etc.) for creating realistic, high-quality visuals;
- Ability to adapt AI-generated assets to marketing briefs (refinement, retouching, integration);
- Understanding of performance-driven design for advertising and conversion-focused projects;
- Proficiency in Russian and English level C1+.
