**The Role**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Development Implementation**
- Design and develop responsive, mobile-friendly, and SEO-optimized websites using platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and HubSpot.
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional front-end web interfaces while maintaining design accuracy and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code using modern development standards and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain custom themes, plugins, and functionalities for CMS platforms as needed.
- Support and implement e-commerce functionalities, including shopping carts, payment gateways, and product catalogues.
- Ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and screen resolutions.

**Technical Optimization**
- Optimize websites for performance, including page speed, Core Web Vitals, and resource efficiency.
- Perform cross-browser compatibility checks and troubleshoot rendering issues.
- Implement advanced technical SEO best practices, such as schema markup, meta tags, and clean URLs.
- Integrate third-party tools, plugins, and APIs to enhance functionality.
- Debug and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring mínimal downtime for clients.
- Implement and maintain secure website practices, including SSL certificates, access controls, and regular updates.

**Quality Assurance & Testing**
- Perform thorough testing of websites, including functionality, usability, and performance testing.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet client requirements and internal standards.
- Document all testing processes, results, and resolutions for future reference.

**Client File Management**
- Maintain detailed and organized project files, including development notes, client specifications, and deliverables.
- Document all implemented changes, ensuring a clear audit trail for client communication and internal use.
- Regularly update client websites and manage version control systems (e.g., Git).

**Collaboration & Communication**
- Work closely with the Web Development Team Lead to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Communicate technical issues, progress, and updates to stakeholders effectively.
- Assist in creating technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials for clients and internal teams.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Stay updated on emerging web development trends, tools, and frameworks to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing processes, systems, and client projects.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team discussions to enhance technical and professional skills.

**Job SpecificationEducation & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on web development experience with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proven experience working with major CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.

**Technical Knowledge**
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Backend technologies: PHP, MySQL, or similar server-side programming languages.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of API integration tools and techniques (e.g., RESTful APIs).
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Google Lighthouse, GTmetrix).
- Proficiency with debugging and testing tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools, Postman).
- Experience with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Knowledge of cloud-based services and hosting platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, cPanel).
