**Job Overview**:
Lead and coordinate Overall Warehouse management for Bemis Vietnam (BVN) operation, which will include an 3rd party warehouse located in Vietnam and a supplier/manufacturing (LBVN) warehouse. This position will also take care of Demand planning, LBVN production planning coordination, Logistics suppliers sourcing, Internal and local outsourcing PO releasing, custom handling in terms of import and export business. This role is to be a liaison of commercial team, LBVN Ops team and regional demand planning team to proactively manage capacity and ensure the RM and FG inventory level to meet customer demand and our Inventory days plan. Ensure the warehouses to be fully utilized in high efficiency, 3PL warehouse stock control with optimized storing cost and logistics cost. This position will also need to proactively manage inventory and monitor supplier capacity.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to supplier Warehouse, 3PL Warehouse, production planning team, coordinate with other function departments to manage material and production plan as our plan to fulfil customer order and Bemis inventory target.
- Be responsible for Supply chain KPIs deliverables: Safety, Inventory turns, Reliability/Flexibility, Warehouse cost, Freight cost, 3rd party logistic cost, planning accuracy, Inventory reserve management to proactive manage inventory balance.
- Interface and coordinate the LBVN production backlog and production trigger to ensure on-time delivery.
- Be responsible for the finished products export custom handling and logistics arrangements and documentation preparation and issues in due course.
- Drive cost-out results, manages and executes various programs that lead to improvements in delivery, cost and overall efficiency in order to achieve supply chain efficiency target.
- Prepare and controls departmental budget.
- Prepare related reports or improvements update in regular basis.
- Ensure all employees participate company-organized training on EHS and follow related procedures & WI.
- Inventory control, safety stock and storage data analysis processing.
- Other tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ years in warehouse or logistics experience
- Passion and commitment to continuous improvement
- Clear minded with optimistic working attitude
- Track progress of driving changes
- Work under pressure with well execution and team management skills
- Skilled in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiar with ERP and D365 will be a plus
