**About the role**

**Job Purpose**:
Implement as pharmaceutical products storage requirements and timely delivery Sandoz products to local wholesalers, compliance with GSP, HSE and Sandoz VN compliance policy requirements.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Inbound and outbound: Prepare inbound, outbound documents, inspect the goods, ensure products are received, dispatched according to documents. Update product information received, dispatched into the warehouse management system fully and accurately.
- Inventory control: Prepare documents and conduct stock counting according to regulations monthly/ quarterly or unexpectedly.
- Control redressing products: coordinate relevant departments to ensure that products requiring additional labels are implemented as planned.
- Archive weekly and monthly temperature, humidity data according to regulations. Coordinate with Supplier and Quality Assurance department to monitor and control temperature and humidity in warehouse.
- Arrange products at warehouse: ensure products are stored in correct area, products with quality problems are stored in quarantine area.
- Archive document related to warehouse operations according to regulations.
- Audit: coordinate with relevant departments to prepare documents for periodic or unexpected audits
- Perform the other arising tasks assigned by warehouse manager.

**Role Requirements**

**Experience/Professional requirement**:

- Must have at least a pharmacy intermediate, preferably with warehouse operations or logistics related post qualification
- Basic Word, Excel
- Experience working with WMS systems is a plus
- At least 02 years' experience doing the same job in the pharmaceutical warehouse as priority.
