GENERAL MANAGER OF MARKETING & CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Understanding Customer Needs:

- Acquire product knowledge in advance to understand what can be produced in the areas

clients seek.
- Accurately grasp customer needs and make optimal proposals.

Communication with Customers:

- Maintain communication with tenants who are already operating in PM3 and

discussions to ensure open dialogue.

Communication with Government:

- Participate in meetings with government officials as much as possible, despite language

barriers, and facilitate communication through meals and discussions.

Economic Conditions:

- Stay informed about global trends and gather information

Public Relations:

- Build strong relationships with the media and consistently promote BRVT Province and

Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park.

External Relations:

- Maintain a strong network and build good relationships with relevant organizations,

particularly Japanese organizations (JETRO/JICA/JCCH) and trading companies.

Marketing Strategy Planning and Execution:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to formulate and execute effective

marketing strategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Management Skills: Ability to perform all management duties, including setting departmental goals, managing progress, and developing human resources.
- Marketing: Understanding of various manufacturing industries, understanding of customer needs, and willingness to learn new things.
- Customer Service: Experience in customer support, service improvement, and customer satisfaction enhancement.
- Language Proficiency: Native Japanese, business-level English

preferred.
- Target age range is 40-55 years old
- Salary: Negotiable (Estimated to be around 55,000,000 - 80,000,000 VND/month)

**BENEFITS**:

- Working Hours: 8:00 - 17:00 (8 hours), including 1 hour lunch break
- Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays *Public holidays are based on the Vietnamese calendar.
- Allowances: Company car for commuting with a driver (commuting from Ho Chi Minh City and Vung Tau City is possible), Lunch allowance (cafeteria available), Housing allowance (upper limit negotiable), Acquisition of Working permit &VISA
- Benefits: Company covers the cost of one annual trip back to Japan
- Bonus: 1 month Tet bonus
