Job Responsibilities
_/ Phạm vi công việc:_
- Understand the business need and requirement and be able to propose marketing communication plan to answer the objective and achieve the given KPIs.
- Understand the nature of different communication touch points in order to come up the right communication strategy/approach for each requirement.
- Understand the life insurance industry and distribution channels to be able to provide different practical & realistic marketing activities
- Be the project lead in all engagements and consultation with other stakeholders in relate to marketing & communication activities to ensure consistent image of Prudential throughout these activities.
- Collaborate, discuss and be able to convince other stakeholders the marketing communication plan
- Manage the team to work and implement on all initiatives, activities from product launch, marketing support for sales activities & sales recruitment of different distribution channels
- Lead creative development to answer different passion points for different target segments based on the approved communication approach & frameworks
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor activities rolled-out and target reactions and proactive propose improved/ adjusted plan quickly when needed to catch up with the situation & market trend
- Responsible for all aspects of projects including meeting deadlines, time management, budgeting, campaign analysis and tracking/ monitoring
- Establish and articulate project scope, strategy and objectives to internal stakeholders and key leadership
- Manage both inhouse & outsource creative production for both online and offline marketing assets, content production

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing or related fields in multi-national companies or financial industries with at least 02 - 03 years in project/ campaign management or supervisory role.
- Communication strategic thinking & planning experience
- Project/ Campaign management experience
- Experience in identifying target audiences (from internal stakeholders to mass audience) and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to communicate & manage the conversation with all levels of an organization comfortably
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices, especially on social channels
- Agile spirit and be able to adapt with fast change
