- **Designing for Life Science**:

- You will join a creative team of designers and life science copywriters who work hand in hand to translate medical and scientific insights into strong campaigns aimed at doctors and patients on a regional and global scale.

** How you will make a difference**:

- Create new and original designs following art direction specifications guided by your Art Director, Creative Writer, or Direct Supervisor.
- Make sure that the design and work output directly answers the brands’ brief, while also following the brand’s set guidelines on logo, font, and asset use.
- Participate in brainstormings and take initiatives in proposing various ideas while respecting the creative brief.
- Be a collaborative part of a design team meant to maximize creativity and sustainability.
- Make sure that job deadlines are met in due time, ensuring that job quality is nothing short of the best.
- Work with Adobe Suite Programs and AI tools to help optimize your design work.

- Medical/Dental Insurance- **Required skills**:

- Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals (layouts, typography, line composition, color).
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- A good background in Gaming, UI/UX, and Layout Design is encouraged.
- Demonstrate proficiency in design software (Creative Suite, Sketch).
- Good English level (reading and writing). You will work with people from all around the world.-
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Have from** 3 year of experience as Graphic Designer** in **advertising agency/ media agency or inhouse agency**
- Must have high proficiency in photo manipulation as well as illustration - use of Photoshop, Illustrator or similar platforms (proficiency in Figma is a plus)
- Experience in Gaming/App Design, UI/UX Design, and Layout Design is encouraged.
- Must have **AI** knowledge or willing to learn
- Solid understanding of digital platform creation and digital storytelling.
- Must be willing and eager to **COLLABORATE** with multi-cultural team and interdisciplinary departments
- **Must speak English fluently (reading and writing)**. You will work with people from all around the world.

**Preferred - Nice to have**:

- Ability to work with and supervise a team of creative freelancers, junior designers and willing to share knowledge with others.
