✨ **ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As Joblogic is continuing to grow, we are looking for **an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Leader with a strong background in software quality assurance** to join our thriving team in Vietnam office.

As a QA Leader, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing testing processes, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to improve the product, as well as ensure that our final product or service meets the required standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

✨ **What Your Main Focus Will Be**:
**1. Testing and Quality Control**:

- Develop, document, and execute test plans.
- Identify, document, and track bugs or issues through bug tracking tools.

**2. Process Management & Improvement**:

- Lead QA process improvement initiatives, maintain and continuously analyze, improve existing QA processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in reviews of technical specifications and requirements.
- Provide recommendations for product or process enhancements.

**3. Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with developers, QA managers, and other teams to ensure requirements are clear and testable.
- Communicate test results, progress, and issues to relevant teams.
- Support the development team in reproducing and resolving defects.

**4. Tool Utilization**:

- Utilize testing tools or other relevant software for test automation and bug tracking.
- Configure and manage test environments and tools.

**5. Documentation**:

- Create and maintain documentation related to test plans, procedures, and results.
- Ensure thorough documentation of defect tracking and test reports.

**5. Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure the product complies with regulatory and company standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices.

**✨ What You Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ideally, **5+ years’ proven experience in a QA role**:

- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test management software (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
- Experience in manual and automated testing.
- Strong analytical and excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and flexible approach with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good teamwork, problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in English communication (both spoken and written)
- **Nice to have**:_
- Understanding of the secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC)
- Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#)
- Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab)
- Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter and K6.
