We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Data team. This role requires adaptability to swiftly switch between tasks, manipulate data to create automatic reports, deliver insightful information to stakeholders, and adapt with internal AI implementation. Your contributions will directly enhance the decision-making processes of stakeholders within Zalopay.

**What will you do?**
- Be a trusted owner of critical information for internal partners across Zalopay.
- Collaborate closely with internal Data, Business, Product & Tech teams to develop and expand Zalopay’s reporting capabilities.
- Take initiative to design reports and AI-powered analytics that anticipate business needs and empower stakeholders to make better decisions.
- Build scalable, automatic reporting solutions and data segments, and ensure business users can quickly monitor key metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide visibility & actionable insights that drive process optimization and continuous improvement

**Yêu cầu**:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing business-focused reporting platforms or analytics solutions. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and proactively drive them from concept to execution.

**Technical skills**:

- Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to write anything from straightforward to complex queries.
- Solid understanding of DWH concepts and best practices (ETL/ELT, OLAP, Data Marts) to design scalable data models.
- Familiar with building automated data pipelines and ensuring data quality for reporting.

**Analytics & ML**:

- Experience working on ML or data science initiatives, such as time-series forecasting, clustering, or predictive models (e.g. churn analysis, risk assessment), to support business decision-making.

**Visualization & Communication**:

- Proficient with BI tools (Tableau, PBI, or similar) to present complex information through clear reports and concise write-ups.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, able to translate data findings into actionable business insights.

**Collaboration**:

- Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (Business, Product, Tech) to understand needs, provide visibility into key metrics, and support process optimization.
