Mô tả Công việc
Conduct transactions, negotiations, and sign contracts with customers and suppliers.
Complete all import and export procedures and documentation.
Collaborate with the accounting department to open L/C and process bank guarantees.
Receive, verify, and reconcile import and export documents with the actual quantity at the customs border during the customs clearance process.
Manage and track orders and contracts.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
Seek new customers and expand export markets according to the company's strategy.
Regularly communicate with and maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers, collect and evaluate feedback from customers, markets, and competitors.
Prepare internal reports and reports to relevant government agencies.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Trade, Banking, International Relations, Customs, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position within the logistics or import/export industry.
Proficiency in English language skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, diligent, detail-oriented, team player, and a proactive learner.
