**What you will do**:

- Conduct research on new retrieval algorithms and retrieval pipelines, with a specific focus on optimizing information retrieval algorithms for the Vietnamese;
- Utilize technologies such as Rasa, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LLMs to build and optimize chatbots. Ensure chatbots are efficient, accurate, and capable of handling diverse queries;
- Fine-tune LLM prompts to achieve the best results for different tasks;
- Conduct experiments with different LLM models, architectures, fine-tuning techniques, and integration methods to achieve the best results;
- Analyze results and continuously improve model performance. Stay up-to-date on recent models & architectures.

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or a related field;
- Proficiency in Python (numpy, pandas, tensorflow, pytorch,...), data structures and algorithms;
- Experience in information retrieval, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning, deep learning;
- Experiences with LLM is a plus;
- Prior experience in deploying and scaling machine learning models in production environments is a plus;
- Persistence and ambition to learn new things.
