**The Position**

We are looking for a talented Junior Hybrid Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about motion design, understands brand systems, and has a strong sense of visual storytelling. You will be responsible for creating dynamic motion graphics, animations, and occasional video edits that align with our brand and communication goals.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Design and animate high-quality motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
- Develop visually compelling motion content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with the latest motion design trends and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with designers, editors, and marketers to create engaging video content.
- Assist with video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro when needed.
- Ensure consistency in motion assets across various platforms and campaigns.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the team to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Maintain organized project files and assets for efficient workflow.

**What We Need From You**
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects with a strong understanding of animation principles.
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing tasks.
- Strong motion design sensibilities and an eye for detail.
- Understanding of brand systems and how motion fits within them.
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Knowledge of typography, composition, and color theory in motion design.
- Bonus: Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools is a plus.
