Job Description: Sales Executive
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Working location: Phu Nhuan District, HCM City, Vietnam
Tasks - Activities - Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities in the food and beverage industry.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's growth goals.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify, approach and attract new customers by introducing BVAQ's food testing services and capabilities.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals and quotes to customers, ensuring they are aligned with their needs and requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions and market information, and provide regular reports to management.
- Customer Engagement: Attend industry events, conferences and trade shows to connect with potential customers and stay up to date on industry trends.Perform field and/or laboratory testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials (e.g. soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel).
- Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing, preferably in food testing or related industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
