**Key Account Executive**:
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Process Control and Improvement- “Efficient and effective processes”- Draft quotation before sending to sales for review and update
- Prepare tender documents including: company’s profile, PIC profiles, installation method dossiers, etc.
- Liaise with SED on technical drawing, specs, price
- Coordinate with COM for payment tracking and with NI for installation plan.
- Draft contract including specs, price, schedule, etc.
- Prepare hard copies in line with customers’ and internal requirements.
- Handle the documents delivery both via courier and in person.
- Hanle QA & TREX documentation during handover process between NI Fulfillment and KAM
- Provide monthly KAM report.
- Input and manage data on SAP & SHAPE system
- Handle customer service, gifts delivery
- Book flights and hotel tickets for KAM team
- Manage sales brochures
- Support company’s engagement events
