**JOB SUMMARY**:
To excel in this role, you should demonstrate a thorough understanding of technology infrastructures, including Firewalls, VPNs, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, PAM, Network Access Control, and Security Audits. Proficiency in handling a diverse range of technologies, addressing security issues, and troubleshooting network-related problems is essential.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Infrastructure Security Operation**
- Operating the security system, enforce access control in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and instructions within the operational scope of the department.
- Support in Internal security consulting and tool maintenance
- Provide advice on implementation of technical security policies

**Monitoring and Detection**
- Develop and maintain security monitoring, logging, and auditing
- Proactively identifies weaknesses and vulnerabilities in the infrastructure using security logs, network analysis, and observations

**Incident Response**
- Implement and adapt security incident management procedures
- Handling and investigation of security incidents
- Analyze potential security incidents and determine remediation measures
- Work with the team to respond to security incidents, conduct forensic investigations, and target reviews of suspect areas

**Vendor Relations**
- Working with external security partners ( Security Service Providers)

**Vulnerability Management**
- Maintain and analyze available sources for insights on new threats
- Update Threat landscape and derive required measures
- Conduct internal security assessments (recording of security risks for departments and asset classes)

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:
**Qualifications & Experience**
- A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related qualification.
- 3+ years of IT and relevant security experience.
- Have at least 1 of the following certificates (or equivalent): Security+, CEH, CCNP, MSCE, CySA+.

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Knowledge of security incident management and threat Intelligence
- Knowledge of threat vectors and actors related to information security
- Understanding of Information Security: FW/IPS/VPN/PAM/NAC/EDR technologiesApplication and operating system security techniques; Techniques for scanning, assessing, testing, identifying and assessing risks
- Understanding of Information Security Monitoring: SIEM, SIM, SEM technologies
- Skilled in investigating and dealing with security incidents
- Understanding of the steps, methods, techniques, toolsused to attack the network
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.
- Advance level in written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese, good communication skills in English
- EQ Soft skills to enage with vendors, hospitals and clinics
- Ability to work with multiple sites to prioritise and resolve inquiries.
- Experience in healthcare and especially working with Hospitals is an advantage.
- Having relevant knowledge or experience in security standards, frameworks, best practices: ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CIS 20, NIST CSF, TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, etc.
