1. Recruitment and manage staffs’ information:

- Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements and developing job descriptions and specifications
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Conduct interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
- Manage onboarding and new hire process

2. Training task:

- Perform orientation training for new staffs
- Conduct weekly/monthly internal employee training programs

3. Admin task:

- Follow and renew the property insurance contracts of shops, trucks, buses
- Manage the fire protection files at Bac Ninh office

4. Other tasks as required by HR Manager.
