**POSITION PURPOSE**

To support the Legal & Compliance Department with preliminary legal research, administrative tasks, document management, license preparation, and payment processes. The Legal Intern will assist in day-to-day operations, ensuring timely support for the team and contributing to the effective maintenance of legal and compliance functions at BUV.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Conduct preliminary legal research and prepare summaries under supervision.
- Support in preparing documentation for licensing, regulatory filings, and reports to authorities.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping.
- Support the preparation of payment and reimbursement requests related to legal and compliance activities.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

- Current student (3rd year or above) or recent graduate in Law.
- Good English and Vietnamese verbal and written communication skills
- Desirable_
- Student or graduate from Hanoi Law University (HLU) or VNU University of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
- Prior internship experience at law firms or corporate legal departments.
