**POSITION PURPOSE**

The Senior Officer, International Partnerships is to provide essential supports to International Office Manager (IOM) in developing, managing network of the BUV International Office’s institutional partnerships, local industry partners and all collaborative activities that brought from these partnerships or involved in IO’s mobility programmes.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Assist IOM in identifying and establishing and new institutional partnerships (international and local) as well as managing active collaboration and engagement with existing partnerships;
- Manage existing partnerships, ensuring strong and mutually beneficial relationships;
- Assist IOM in developing and implementing strategies to enhance partner engagement and collaboration;
- Collaborate with relevant departments (Legal, Compliance..) to draft, review, and finalize partnership agreements, MOUs, and other relevant legal documents;
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all partnerships, including agreements, contact information, key activities, and performance data;
- Develop and implement effective processes for partner relationship management, including communication protocols, reporting mechanisms, and data management systems relevant to partnerships;
- Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, partnership-related administrative tasks as requested by IOM;
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings (including take minutes of meetings), visits, events, and collaborative projects related to partnerships as assigned by IOM;
- Represent the IO at external events and conferences as
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to generate revenue growth opportunities through various partnerships’ engagement programmes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the IO’s overall strategic plan with a focus on partnership development and internationalization.

**COMPETENCIES**_(knowledge, skills, and abilities)_**
- Essential_
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/International Relations Management or Education Management or other related fields;
- Negotiation skills is essential;
- Excellent English and Vietnamese verbal and written communication skills and listening skills;
- Experience in administration and partnership management from a multi-national organization;
- Good (at least be familiar) with Microsoft 365 (and its Applications);
- Soft-skills : Public speaking/ presentation skills
- Research and business analytical experience;
- Strategic thinking
