**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Participate in cooperation, development, and investment activities in renewable energy.
- Draft and negotiate business cooperation agreements and other related documents; prepare investment arrangements; assist in capital mobilization.
- Engage in business development, market expansion, marketing, and customer relations for the company’s offshore renewable energy sector both domestically and internationally.
- Negotiate and finalize economic and cooperation contracts in the offshore renewable energy sector.
- Gather and analyze information and services related to offshore renewable energy for internal departments.
- Conduct market analysis, compile market reports, and develop marketing and business development plans for the offshore renewable energy sector.
- Build, update, and enhance the customer, partner, and vendor database for the offshore renewable energy sector.
- Collaborate with other departments in preparing price offers, bids, and tenders for offshore renewable energy projects.
- Conduct periodic or ad-hoc inspections related to business development, marketing, and customer relations in the offshore renewable energy sector.
- Support business development activities in offshore renewable energy for company subsidiaries.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Department/Division Leadership.

- For assigned tasks, the right to propose ideas to Department/Division Leadership, coordinate with relevant departments, and request necessary information to ensure efficient task completion.
- Participate in the development, update, and improvement of pricing, cost, and supplier databases in the offshore renewable energy sector.
- Contribute to the development of guidelines and procedures related to assigned areas.
- Participate in planning work schedules with various departments and subsidiaries.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in renewable energy, oil & gas, engineering, manufacturing, business administration, commerce, or similar industries.
- Experience in development, cooperation, and investment in oil & gas or renewable energy.
- **English Proficiency**: TOEIC score of 600+ or equivalent.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in MOS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to new environments, work under high pressure, and demonstrate agility, integrity, and proactiveness.
- Solid knowledge of renewable energy, oil & gas, economics, and commerce.
- Good health, high responsibility, creativity, and enthusiasm for work.
