**Job Descriptions**:

- Participate in reviewing and analyzing project requirements to define and implement test strategies based on project requirements.
- Follow up the requirement to understand test objectives, provide input on the testability of requirements, and estimate testing activities.
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Provide training and mentorship to 1-2 junior team members on the project. This includes conducting test case reviews, code reviews, testing methodologies, guidelines, and best practices for both manual and automation test.
- Perform basic security, load, and performance testing as needed.
- Drive test process improvements and contribute to best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and quality standards.
- To perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager and Project Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- University level with bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalence.
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, covering both manual and automation test.
- Proficiency in at least a programming language (e.g., C#, Python, Java, JavaScript).
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework).
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in object-oriented programming, along with requisite coding and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, K6.io, Gatling) is a plus.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
