1. DMS System
- Thiết lập/ hiệu chỉnh master data
- Kiểm tra, audit hệ thống
- Thử nghiệm các chức năng
- Kiểm tra, hoàn thiện quy trình thực thi

2.Xử lý sự cố
- Đánh giá, xem xét lại hệ thống quản lý DMS của NCC và văn phòng back office.
- Liên kết với nhóm hỗ trợ NCC về các vấn đề thực tế / việc mở và theo dõi các yêu cầu dịch vụ / yêu cầu hỗ trợ.

3. Hỗ trợ người dùng DMS
- Đào tạo ban đầu cho các phát triển mới;
- Đào tạo định kỳ cho các SA NPP DMS, đội ngũ bán hàng
- Thiết lập tài khoản và hỗ trợ
- Cung cấp thông tin / hướng dẫn DMS (trong quá trình vận hành)
- Kiểm tra chéo các tác vụ người dùng trên hệ thống
- Hỗ trợ các nhà phân phối về phần mềm, đội bán hàng

4. Các nhiệm vụ khác:

- Các nhiệm vụ dựa trên dự án
- Các nhiệm vụ được giao bởi quản lý DMS khi cần thiết

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có kiến thức cơ bản về công nghệ, phần mềm ứng dụng, đã làm DMS( ưu tiên)
- Kinh nghiệm trong ngành hàng tiêu dùng nhanh ( tối thiểu 1 năm)
- Kinh nghiệm trong việc xử lý tình huống, dịch vụ khách hàng
