1. As the Whole School Instrumental Music Administrator, administrate the instrumental music programme across all three campuses, with specific responsibility for timetabling and organisation.
Outline of key tasks:

- Liaise with students, parents and instrumental teachers to create appropriate timetables for individual music lessons.
- Liaise with the Whole School Music Coordinator to keep, students and instrumental teachers informed of Term dates, schedules, and any other relevant details relating to the instrumental music programme
- Ensure records from teachers are kept up to date and payment is made in a timely manner.
- Work with the Admin teams to set-up and maintain the online booking system (SchoolsBuddy).
- Communicate term dates, schedules and details about the online booking system to parents/students/staff, and answer general queries.
- Oversee instrument hire process, including contracts and other documentation, with support from TAs.
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of instruments.
- Ensure instrumental teachers have the equipment needed for instrumental lessons, with support from TAs.
- Work with the relevant campus music departments to provide opportunities for individual students and groups to perform at school concerts and events.

2. As the Whole School Sports Administrator, provide administrative support for the PE department in all areas of co-curricular sport, with a particular focus on administrative support for the Barracudas swim team, teams competing in local SISAC competitions and students travelling to international events (FOBISIA for example)
Outline of key tasks:

- Liaise with the Director of Sport and the Director of Aquatics to ensure administration of co-curricular sports teams runs effectively and efficiently.
- Liaise with Barracudas, SISAC and FOBISIA coaches to ensure records are up to date and payment is made in a timely manner.
- Work with the Admin teams to set-up and maintain the online signup system (SchoolsBuddy).
- Communicate term dates, schedules and details about the co-curricular sports events to parents/students/staff, and answer general queries.
- Liaise with the campus PE TAs to overseas the upkeep and maintenance of equipment needed for co-curricular sports
- Ensure sports coaches have the equipment needed for sports events, with support from campus PE TAs.

- Knowledge of Music and Musical Instruments
- Providing high level administrative support
- Good command of English communication

Benefit schedule:

- Salary : negotiation
- Working hour: from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4 PM
- Venue: 246 Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City
- SI, HI, UI as regulation (10,5% on gross salary); medical insurance from Generali
- Lunch Allowance 48,000đ/day
- At least 20 days of annual leave during school holidays + 3 personal leave
