SAP Labs Vietnam aims to become one of the key locations within the SAP Labs Network to support the engineering growth for SAP.

What you'll do

As a Senior Developer, you will work with Product Managers, UX Designers, Developers and Quality Engineers in an agile scrum environment to accelerate innovations for Supply Chain Command Center and expand the SAP Business Network. You will have the opportunity to work on complex business problems and build solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform with Java, SAP CAP/CDS, SAP Fiori Elements, SAP UI5, and SAP HANA.

To succeed in this position, you must be able to:
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain microservices in the cloud (think 24x7x365, millions of users, terabytes of data)

Have high standards on usability, scalability, resiliency, and security and hold the same standards for fellow engineers.

Demonstrate strong technical, business, and methodological leadership.

Support the Architect on technical feasibility and architectural implication on product and business.

Be a hands-on deep-dive engineer to drive implementation of features and Troubleshoot/Resolve critical issues.

Internalize business requirements, discuss and engineer UX easily consumable by the end user.

Proactively drive, discuss and collaborate with other leads within and other teams.

What you bring

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Info. Tech. Engineering.

8+ years of experience working on cloud-based or on-demand software solutions.

Excellent OOD, Programming, and UI Development skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience in developing scalable, cloud based micro-services with agile development mind-set.

Experience with REST/XML/JSON, Kafka, Spring Boot, Maven, Jenkins, GitHub.

Passion for UI Design and Development with exposure to Fiori Elements/UI5, React or equivalent technologies.

Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker etc.

Experience with SAP Tech. (BTP, CAP/CDS, Kyma, HANA) and domain knowledge in supply chain is a plus.
