- Job Summary;
- Overall responsibility for outlet business performance in term of strategy and operations. Supervise daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning. Maintain sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction, team development and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.- Required Skills:

- Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge.
- Good at English skills (writing, reading and oral comprehension).
- Have ability to figure and analysis skills.
- Working knowledge of basic computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
- Be creative in new ideas and solving problems.
- Ability adapt to changes.
- Skilled at focusing and guiding others in accomplishing work objectives.
- Skilled at building a cohesive team and facilitating goal accomplishment.
- Ability to interact with others in an honest, fair and respectful way.
- Having interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and sustain productive customer relationships.
- High work standards.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Problem solving/decision making skills.
- Experience and Qualifications:

- University degree or equivalent Certificate.
- Bachelor degree of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
- At least 2 years’ experience in the same position at 4 to 5 stars hotel
