Basic Function :Responsible for quality control from IQC, IPQC to FQC, ensuring compliance with IPC-A-610, ISO 9001:2015, and customer requirements. Inspect incoming components, monitor production to prevent defects, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement CAPA. Handle customer complaints, prepare 8D reports, and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen, Six Sigma). Utilize SPC, GR&R, and MSA for quality monitoring and improvement. Support FAI evaluation, NPI implementation, and train employees on quality standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Control quality from raw materials to finished products (IQC, IPQC, FQC).
- Ensure all inspection processes comply with IPC, ISO standards, and customer requirements.
- Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and assess NPI processes.
- Support defect analysis and corrective actions using CAPA, 8D reports, and FMEA.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (5Why, Fishbone, DMAIC) to prevent recurring defects.
- Improve production processes to reduce defects and enhance efficiency.
- Manage and update quality system documentation.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure quality issues are resolved promptly.
- Work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards.
- Perform internal audits and customer quality audits.
- Utilize testing equipment such as AOI, X-ray, ICT, FCT,
- Maintain calibration of measurement equipment to ensure accuracy.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in PCBA quality or manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of SMT, PCBA processes, and IPC-A-610 standards.
- Understanding quality tools such as SPC, 8D, FMEA, GR&R, and MSA.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, Minitab, or other data analysis software.
- Preferred certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
- Strong communication skills to work with customers and suppliers.
- Good command of English (Chinese is a plus).
