Quality Engineering coordinator is responsible for understanding the requirements related to how product is constructed and tested by Whalen Asia. Ensuring that CADreviews, Factory meetings, White Wood Sign-offs, QE Corrective Action Plans, and otherQE activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Arrange and follow up on Pre-Production Samples (PPS) and track the Sign-Off samples sent from the China Team to the Vietnam Team.
- Prepare the Pre-Production Report (PPR) based on the Sign-Off sample, translate the English PPR into Vietnamese, and issue the PPR to factories.
- Take Sign-Off sample photos and share them with the QE Documentation Team in a timely manner.
- Coordinate between the QE team, relevant Whalen departments, and the factories.
- Assist the QE Manager and team with translation when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Familiar with industry standards such as ISTA, BIFMA, UL, SOHO, ASTM, EN, and others related to furniture. (considered a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings. (considered a plus)
- Fluent in all four English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), including technical terminology related to quality engineering
- Capable of reading and interpreting technical documents, corrective action plans, and other relevant materials in both English and the local language

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 10,000,000₫ - 15,000,000₫ per month
