**DESCRIPTION**:

- Supporting cases/inquiries reported by internal stakeholders and external partners. The support response shall be in timely manner
- Transaction monitoring, especially for top partners
- Provide level 1 support, incident management, service disruption communication with internal team and external partners
- Assisting external partners with systems integrations in various system environments
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Involve in knowledge transfer and training

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Application support roles during off-working hours from the Malaysia calendar
- At least 3 years of experience in software development and support
- Familiar in major programming languages (.NET, C#, Javascript, NodeJS, VueJS, HTML5, CSS)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with API design (Web API/RESTful) & SDK architecture
- Prior hands-on in database design models and SQL queries (MS SQL & MY SQL)
- Prior hands-on experience and knowledge in AWS cloud services (Lambda, SQS, RDS, ElastiCache, SES, ECS, microservices, dockerization and containerization, etc.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency (written and speak) in English & Chinese (preferable).
